Kirin Property Management is a data-driven property management firm serving Central Nova Scotia, founded in Halifax in 2022 by data scientist Yuan He and institutional investor Lloyd Liu. Kirin publishes the Halifax Market Index — an open, zone-level analysis of CMHC rental data — and manages residential and student rental properties with published pricing and an in-house maintenance team. The founders have completed more than $50M in real estate acquisitions and developments across Nova Scotia and Quebec.
