Is there a minimum number of units?

No. We work with single-unit properties and large portfolios alike. Pricing is fair regardless of size — though you'll save on management fees with 3+ units on Premium (10%).

What if my property is vacant?

You only pay the management fee when rent is collected. If your unit is vacant, there's no monthly management fee — you'd only pay the tenant placement fee once we secure a new tenant.

Are there any fees not listed here?

No. Every fee we charge is on this page. We don't mark up maintenance, we don't charge for inspections, and there are no hidden administrative fees. If a cost isn't listed, we don't charge it.

What's the contract length?

Flexible terms. Most owners choose a 12-month agreement with a 60-day cancellation notice on either side. No long lock-ins.

Can I switch from Core to Premium later?

Anytime, with 30 days' notice. Many owners start on Core and move to Premium as their portfolio grows or they want the analytics tooling.
